favorite veggie?

If you could grow only ONE vegetable in your garden, what would it be?
I'm not sure, I'm not good at choosing favorites... but I think green beans would be pretty high on my list. They're good and they're pretty easy to grow. What more can you ask for in a vegetable?

CORN!! I love growing corn! We have a big field behind our house and if I had a tractor, I would plant corn all over the place!!

I like to eat corn. I'm not sure about growing it though. It's one of the top Genetically modified foods, for one thing. I'm not sure how well corn would do in my hilly yard.
hmm, I wonder if I'll plant some radishes this year

Mine would be a close tie between broccolli and turnips...

I like broccoli, but not turnips LOL. I would like to try growing carrots sometimes...I really like them; just never have planted any.

I'm certain that you've said before that you could never go without meat
going vegan wouldn't be a horrible idea though

Hmm, I think we might try carrots this year. Those would be good too...
