Pumpkin Bread

3 cups All-Purpose Flour
1-1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 (16 oz.) can of Pumpkin
2/3 cup oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Raisins (if desired)


Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and pour into 2 greased and floured medium loaf pans. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

this sounds good too. We may have to try it. It's been a while since I've had pumpkin bread but it can be good. :)
