Saving Drafts?

Post by keljonma »

Hey, millipede! I was writing a response to a post and I guess I hit save draft instead of submit. So where would the draft be? I can't seem to find it. I promise to pay better attention! :D

That's a good question. That's a feature that I never tested out before. So I had to try it myself. I looked where I thought I should and sure enough it was there. In that blue bar across the top, one of the options is "user control panel". If you click on that you have a bunch of options that have to do with all your personal stuff on the site. Each tab on the top has options on the left. Right in the overview tab, where you start off in the control panel, you'll see the option of "manage drafts". I tested more to see what you can do with that draft. There's two options under the date when it was saved. Load draft and view/edit. If you click the Load draft option, it takes the draft and puts it in the reply to post section. So then you can finish typing if you want, and then submit and it will be where it was supposed to be in the first place.

Anyway... glad you asked because I have never tried that one out. :D
