Well the interest rate at Prosper will be a whole lot less than that payady loan. But you may not get a loan at Prosper either. If your credit is too bad to get a personal loan, people at Prosper may not be willing to take the risk with you.Instead of looking for another loan, consider other ways to come up with cash. FAR too many people are not very careful with their money. Those commercials on tv offering quick loans, they're just predators. They offer their service as if they care about you. What they want is your money. The interest rates they charge...
There are times in life when loans are unavoidable... purchasing a new home or new automobile for instance... But for most other things it is wise to stay away from loans as if they were the plague. If you cannot afford something right now, how can you afford it later on when you'll be repaying MORE than the cost of what you "needed"? Seriously.
Start penny pinching. Cut out your weekly or daily fast food and restaurant visiting. Skip the movies for a while. STOP trying to keep up with technology by purchasing the latest and greatest EVERY time something new comes out. Hey, start caring about the environment as that pays. Turn off lights when you're not in a room. Don't waste water, etc... it all saves money.
Start recycling your aluminum AND metal cans. They pay you for that stuff.
If you really feel you NEED to go get a loan for something that isn't quite necessary, you might consider using that money to get a little counseling or a class in budgeting or something.
Money is a BIG deal. It starts more fights than most any other thing. Thousands of years ago, it was written about in the bible. Depending on translation, the bible says that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.

Anyway... Stay away from borrowing money as much as possible.
