Baked Garlic Fish

Post by keljonma » Sat May 17, 2008 12:26 pm

I love this recipe because it is easy, fast and tasty.

Lay cleaned fish in oven-proof dish that has been lightly greased with extra virgin olive oil.
For each piece of fish, surround with 2 to 4 cloves garlic chopped into large pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, 1/8 c vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Place in 325°F oven, basting occasionally, until done. Serve hot with small boiled new potatoes and sprigs of fresh parsley and additional lemon slices, if desired.

I'll have to try that. I like to eat fish because it's good for you... but, some fish just tastes too fishy. I really need to find some good fish recipes.
