I may have to do some more work to get a positive id on this one, but so far I know it is a type of Sulphur... moths and butterflies are apparently broken down into MANY different families. This one here is a type of sulphur and there just happens to be quite a few sulphurs in Arkansas.
At any rate, this one stayed still long enough for a few pictures.

Good pic, Millipede! I've seen some that look a lot like that... I wouldn't be able to tell you what it was though. Sorry. :(
