Concert

Postby millipede » Thu Jul 17, 2008 9:40 pm

Saturday, yes this Saturday, I'm hosting a concert at a local church. The goal is to raise money for a younger sister that is doing missions work. To read more about it simply go to www.byfellowship.com/concert.html
I hope to record a few songs on video and put them on youtube... if I do, I'll have them on the website for everyone to see.
Wish me luck with this...

Yawn... Well I'm a bit tired after a busy weekend.
We didn't get many people to the concert, at all... but we still had a good time and we did manage to raise a little money for the work my sister was doing.
If anyone is interested in getting a glimpse of what you missed, I did manage to record a few of the songs... just a few. There were others, and lots of good stuff.
The quality of the video AND sound on these is not very good... but you might be able to hear it good enough to get an idea of what it was like. This band, Anastasis, that played was pretty good.
Here's two songs that Ansastasis played:

And here's one that some other odd character played:

I REALLY wish I got a video of something my friend Mark was playing but I was up there with him when he was playing and my wife was kind of busy watching the kids most of the time...
Anyway... though tiring and all, it was a good time.
