I am actually quite used to being teased with Birdbrain as my sister!

Oh yeah... well that explains a lot.

She's traumatized me since the day I came home from the hospital...

Forgive me for going OT again, it is a chronic condition, I can't help it...

Anyway, this is a funny story. When my mom brought me home as a red, ugly, screaming and unhappy infant, she introduced me to my big sister, (Who was almost two at the time) Well, my loving big sister wasn't favorably impressed. She looked at my head, and said, "No Hair!" and looked in my mouth, and said, "No teeth!" and then, having made these discoveries, just said, "Oh," and walked off. Or so goes the family legend... :D

my five year old, who would have been 2 when my 3 year old was a baby, would actually hit her new sister. I'm not sure why... she punched her a few times, even hit her with a baseball. Fortunately being only two she couldn't hit very hard, but we corrected that habit real quick. Kids are strange, especially human kids...

Anyway...
I was thinking I might be able to make some backgrounds/wallpaper with some of the dogwood pictures I took today. That last one that is closeup is actually smaller than the actual photo.

maybe this weekend I'll go on a hunt for some more trees to take pictures of.

WAIT A MINUTE, NOW! I was a 20 month old, you can't blame me too much...

By the way, CG meant "win for losing" not "win for loosing".

So back to the topic...

The trees are still pretty in AR, I guess? Here some of them are, but we keep getting so much wind that most of the leaves are gone. And it was COLD today!! It actually got over 40 degrees, but it felt much colder. Thankfully we had the woodstove fired up. :)

I thought it was losing, but I still don't get it. "can't win for losing", somehow that just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe it's a Virginian saying? There's a lot of sayings out there that don't make any sense to me... and I sometimes wonder who they do make sense to... yet all sorts of people continue to say them never understanding the words coming out of their own mouths... oh well...

Anyway... I want to go climb a tree now :)

Climb a tree? What? is that some Arkansas saying or something? :)

Sorry to get you confused Millipede, I'm a little confused myself. Must have something to do with my head cold... or maybe I've just been this way my whole life....

no, not a saying... climbing trees is fun, that's all. All this talk of trees has me wanting to climb one.

Sure... blame your cold
