The moon

Postby millipede » Wed Feb 20, 2008 5:35 pm

Well... there's a nice total lunar eclipse tonight... unfortunately the weather here isn't going to cooperate. It's supposed to sleet and stuff tonight here. I'm disappointed.
Anyone going to have good enough weather to see the eclipse?

man, this just stinks. I was so excited, I had plans to get some good pictures. I've gotten some pretty good pictures of the moon before, with my binoculars... but that was with my old camera. This one is even better.
Oh well.......

It was cloudy here last night, but I was coming home from church and the moon was peeking out from behind some clouds so I got to see a glimpse of the eclipse.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6~

cool.
I'm still a bit disappointed. I got some ways of getting decent pictures of the moon and I was really looking forward to get shots of the eclipse.
I'll have to settle for just a regular picture of the moon, next time I see it.

I wonder if I will remember to get pictures the next time there is one... or, will it be cloudy then as well?
