well my redbud is barely flowering yet, so it will be a little while before I get a good picture of it.
The crabapple is flowering quite well now so I'll try to get some good pictures of that this weekend. Oh, and the cherry.

You know, we have a TON of wild black cherry trees... pretty trees that produce pea sized cherries. I've never bothered picking as they're TALL trees and the cherries are so tiny.

But this one is a kind that will produce regular sized cherries. I forget what kind it is, but all the fruit trees I got said they were self pollinating so I didn't need to buy more than one.
I wonder if they'll produce any fruit this year. That would be cool.

Our red buds around here are already losing their flowers and getting their leaves in; they really are beautiful when they're blooming tho :)

You folks are correct.........trees are being cut down everywhere!

Drives me crazy. People don't know how to plant and then by the time they get to a good size, they have to be cut down.

Doesn't make any sense to me.

Anyways, keep posting the nice pictures.

Cheers
